- The base of good pizza is in the dough, and in this class you will learn how to make a dough similar to the lovely focaccia, with a honeycomb structure and a hearty crust. We will demonstrate different shapes and toppings and celebrate your new-found skills by having a slice with a glass of wine.
At the end of class, you will also go home with a goody bag of bread from Amy’s Bread!

- Rachel Feriozzi is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute, and has been baking professionally since 2003. She has catered weddings in Oregon, conquered perfectly laminated pastries in Vermont, decorated delicate plated desserts in the Virgin Islands, helped open bakeries in California & Florida, mastered gluten-free & vegan alternatives in New York, and built beautiful breads and pizzas at Amy's Bread!
When all of the dishes are done, Rachel enjoys finding hidden treasures at the library, taking long walks in the park, and occasionally getting out of town to work on organic vegetable farms.
